A Clear Journey, Shaped Around You.

Coaching that fits you and your business. Structured enough to keep you moving, flexible enough to feel genuinely yours.

 The Coaching Journey

You didn't get where you are by accident. You're smart, driven, and capable of achieving whatever you set your mind to. But sometimes you need someone in your corner who can see what you can't see, ask the tough questions you're not asking, and hold you accountable when it matters most. Here's exactly how that partnership works:

  • Let's be honest about where things stand today. Not the version you tell everyone else, but what's actually happening in your business and your life.

Most of us are so busy pushing forward that we never pause to see what's going on. You can't get where you want to go without knowing where you are. So we'll take a look at what's working and what's keeping you stuck.

You'll walk away with complete clarity about your starting point.

  • Most successful people I coach have achieved plenty, but their goals are misaligned, unclear or outdated.

So we ask different questions. Not "How do I get more?" but "What actually matters to me now?" What kind of life do you want? What kind of business would support that life instead of consuming it?

You'll leave with a definition of success that feels true to who you are now and a clear view of the gap we need to bridge.

  • This is where coaching stops being deep conversations and drives actions that start changing your life.

Once we know where you are and where you're going, we focus ruthlessly on the breakthroughs that create the biggest shifts. Maybe that's stepping up as a leader, driving growth, rethinking your business strategy, or building habits that keep you consistent.

Whatever it is, insight always comes with action. Every session ends with you knowing exactly what to do next so every step builds momentum.

  • Change only counts if it lasts. I’ve seen too many people make breakthroughs only to slip back into old patterns six months later. So from day one, we're building this to last. We'll regularly check what's working, reinforce your wins, and catch any slips before they become a problem.

Using my online Private Coaching Hub, we’ll ensure the journey is measured and recorded, that actions are clear and followed through, and that you have access to a full suite of valuable resources.

You'll develop systems that protect your progress, with ongoing support to keep you accountable and moving forward.

  • I've got a toolkit full of assessments, frameworks, and tracking systems. Some clients love structure and want all of it. Others prefer open conversation with minimal tools.

The coaching adapts to you. If a particular assessment will unlock something important, we'll use it. If a simple scorecard will keep you focused, we'll build one. The tools serve you, not the other way around.

I ask all new clients to carry out a DiSC Workplace Profile at the start of the engagement to accelerate a deeper understanding of behavioural style.

  • Coaching with me starts from £495 per month, based on your business size and the level of support you need. There are no long term contracts. It's a monthly arrangement, and you're free to stop at any time. Every engagement includes a core monthly session, a shorter check-in call between sessions, and additional contact as needed to keep momentum going. If after three months you don't feel you've had value, I'll refund you in full.

Your Private Coaching Hub

I use a platform called CoachAccountable to support clients between sessions. It helps us keep everything in one place – from session notes and action plans, to resources, goals, and progress tracking.

It’s a secure space to track your commitments and see your progress build over time.

We can set up individual metrics and set text or email reminders to aid accountability, so change doesn’t stop the moment our session ends.

1

Initial Conversation

This is a genuine conversation, not a scripted sales call. We'll talk about what's holding you back, what you want to change, and whether we're the right fit for each other. Most people come away with something useful regardless of whether we work together. No pressure. No hard sell.

2

Guaranteed Value

Starting a coaching relationship is a big decision and I understand the uncertainty that comes with it.

So I offer a simple guarantee. If after three months working together you don't feel you've had value for money, I'll refund you in full. No drama, no small print.

All I ask is that you show up, give the work an honest effort, and stay with the process for the full three months. That's it.

3

Working Together

I work on a fixed monthly retainer with a rolling one month's notice.

Each month we'll have a main session, in person or on Zoom, and a shorter check-in call between sessions. I actively encourage contact outside of sessions too. If something live comes up in your business and you need a sounding board, I'm there.

My aim is simple: to be the trusted advisor in your corner when you need it most.

Coaching gives you the space to think clearly, support to act with purpose, and real accountability to follow through.

FAQs

How do I know if coaching will actually work for me?

You've probably tried approaches that promised big changes but didn't deliver. The difference here is that it's built around what you actually need, not a generic program. We start with where you are right now, focus on specific breakthroughs that'll move the needle, and track progress every step. Most clients see meaningful shifts within the first few sessions.

How long do I have to commit to working with you?

There's no long-term contract or minimum commitment required. If the coaching isn't working or you're not getting value, you're free to stop at any time. I'm confident in the process, but I also know that fit matters. You should feel like you're making real progress from the start, and if you're not, we'll address it, or you can walk away anytime.

Why do you offer a 3 month guarantee?

Coaching only works when both of us are committed. The guarantee gives you the freedom to focus on the work without second-guessing whether you’ve made the right choice. Three months is long enough for you to feel the impact and see whether the coaching is genuinely helping you move forward.

There are a few simple expectations. You show up to the sessions we agree. You give the work an honest effort. And you stay with the process for the full three months. That’s not about catching anyone out. It’s about making sure the guarantee supports people who genuinely want change, not those looking for a quick fix or a free ride.

If at the end of those three months you don’t feel the coaching has been valuable, I’ll refund you in full. No drama. No pressure. Just a straight, fair commitment from me to you.

How quickly will I see results?

You'll notice shifts right away, but lasting change takes time. Most clients gain significant insight in the first month, see measurable progress within 90 days, and experience fundamental changes within six months. Every session moves you forward, so you're not waiting months to see if something might work.

Your rates are expensive, Is it really worth it?

It’s a fair question. This isn’t a cheap service, and I wouldn’t expect you to take it on trust. What you’re paying for isn’t just coaching. You’re bringing an experienced senior leader onto your team, someone who’s run businesses, bought and sold them, made mistakes, learned from them, and dealt with most of the challenges you’re facing now.

That combination matters. It means clear thinking, strong challenge, and a practical, real-world approach to moving you forward. And a big part of the work is accountability. Many business owners know what they should do but struggle to follow through. I’ll hold you to the commitments you make, not in a heavy-handed way, but in a way that keeps you honest, focused and progressing.

If you're looking for someone who understands the realities of leading a business and will help you stay on track, that’s what this investment gives you.

I don’t have time for another commitment right now?

The reason you don't have time is often connected to the exact issues coaching solves. Poor boundaries, unclear priorities, trying to do everything yourself. Most clients find that coaching actually gives them more time by helping them focus on what truly matters and stop wasting energy on what doesn't.
